Terms and Conditions

Welcome to The Experience. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before confirming your booking. By making a payment, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. General Conditions

  • Information provided in proposals do not confirm any booking until payment is received and services are confirmed. All services are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

  • The proposed itinerary is suggestive. The order of stays, activities, and transfers may be modified to ensure the best possible experience.

  • Any change in the number of travellers will affect the overall cost.

  • Prices are calculated based on the current exchange rate. Fluctuations in exchange rates at the time of final payment may affect pricing.

  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances such as fuel surcharges, government policy changes, airfare/tax fluctuations, or supplier revisions.

2. Amendments and Revisions

  • Any amendment requests after confirmation are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • Amendment fees vary depending on the type of change (e.g., flights, dates, hotels) and supplier policies.

  • Please communicate amendment requests promptly for timely processing.

3. Itinerary Changes & Force Majeure

  • While itineraries are carefully planned, unforeseen events such as weather disruptions, road closures, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or other force majeure situations may require changes.

  • Alternative arrangements or itineraries of equal value will be offered where possible.

  • No refunds or compensation will be provided for unused services due to such changes.

  • The Experience reserves the right to amend, vary, or cancel any part or the entire itinerary due to events beyond its control.

4. Airfare & Visa

  • Airfare is subject to availability until tickets are issued. Prices may fluctuate until full payment and ticketing.

  • Visa issuance is at the sole discretion of the respective consulates.

  • Visa fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. Re-applications require payment of fresh fees.

  • Any increases in statutory taxes, visa charges, or fees due to incorrect documentation are the client’s responsibility.

5. Responsibility and Liability

  • The Experience acts only as a booking agent for third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, and transport companies.

  • The Experience is not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or cancellation caused by third-party providers or circumstances beyond its control.

  • Any claims related to third-party services must be made within 7 working days of the completion of the service.

  • To the extent permitted by law, clients agree to hold The Experience harmless from any claims arising from the use of third-party services.

6. Travel Insurance

  • Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, trip cancellation, loss of baggage, and personal liability is strongly recommended.

  • The Experience is not responsible for insurance company decisions or delays in claims processing. Assistance will be provided to the extent possible.

  • Insurance should ideally cover 15 days beyond the travel dates.

7. On-Tour Guidelines

  • Standard hotel check-in time is 14:00 hrs and check-out time is 12:00 hrs.

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges payable by the client.

  • Hotels may require refundable security deposits at check-in.

  • Clients must adhere to transfer and sightseeing times as per the final itinerary; no refunds will be issued for missed services due to client delays.

  • The Experience is not responsible for itinerary changes requested by clients during the tour.

8.Luggage Policy

  • Airlines and transport providers have fixed baggage policies. Additional luggage may incur extra charges.

  • Clients should label their luggage clearly and avoid carrying valuables in checked baggage.

  • The Experience is not responsible for lost or stolen baggage.

9. Service Vouchers

  • Service vouchers for hotels, transport, and activities will be issued only after full payment is received.

  • Vouchers will be sent within 3 working days of receipt of final payment unless specified otherwise.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Personal information collected is used solely for booking and communication purposes and handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

  • The Experience does not share personal data with unauthorized third parties.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
